The Pro 1 features a heavy-duty stainless steel blade that heats evenly under your control and can stay hot for up to five hours. Also includes a sled that allows you to consistently cut to a specified depth. Features an on-off switch for continuous cutting (knife will stay hot when turned on, even when set down).
